  • How far in advance do I need to book my caterer?

    We can take bookings as far in advance as you would like. We can accommodate multiple events in one day. Every event timeline is different, from weddings that have long engagements, to corporate events that have two weeks to plan. We suggest to book as soon as you are ready to make a decision on your caterer to ensure we are available for your event. On rare occasions, during peak season, we will close a date in order to ensure quality of service for all of our events.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    The security deposit is non-refundable. Prepayments and additional deposits will be returned if the event is cancelled by client 120 days or more prior to the event date. If the event is cancelled by client less than 120 days prior to the event, all deposits are subject to forfeiture.

  • Will you set up my centerpieces?

    We will gladly place centerpieces on your guest tables, with no charge if they are delivered ready to place and no assembly is required. We will also take care of setting out items such as favors and place cards. All items must be delivered to the site of your reception.

  • Can I confirm my date with Russo’s if I don’t know all the details of my event?

    Absolutely! We encourage you to confirm as soon as you know we are the right choice for your event. Please see the next questions for the suggested time line for planning and decision making.

  • Can I customize your menus?

    Yes! Just let your sales person know what menu items you are interested in and they can give you pricing accordingly or work with you on putting together a menu to fit your preferences or budget. We can also create a menu for you based on a specific theme or type of cuisine.

  • Is there a cutting & plating fee if I get my cake through another company?

    We will charge a $.50 fee to cut & plate another company’s wedding cake (plus the cost of the china & silverware, if applicable). If you are using a bridal package that includes the cake, there is no discount for bringing in your own cake, but we will cut & plate the cake you provide without additional charge.

  • Can Russo’s accommodate dietary restrictions?

    Yes! We can provide a separate plated meal for guests that have food allergies and special diets. We can also customize your entire menu to accommodate dietary restrictions. Additional charges may apply, please ask your event planner for further details.

  • Do you offer discounted off-season pricing?

    Since the cost of the products and services we provide do not vary from season to season, we are not able to offer an off-season discount. However, incentives for booking non-peak dates are often available in the form of complimentary upgrades and additional services. Typically, events booked January through March would be eligible for these incentives. Please contact our event planning team if you are interested in booking an off-season date for your event.

  • Can Russo’s cater an event on a Holiday?

    We are closed for events on Thanksgiving and Christmas. The following holidays may be available but will incur additional labor fees: New Year’s Eve Evening & Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Christmas Eve.


  • Cancellation Policy

    When a problem arises or a slight change is needed with your order, please call as early as possible. We may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests made less than one day’s notice.

  • Paper Products & Equipment

    Staying consistent with our Go Green transition, Russo’s Gourmet Express only offers necessary paper products with our full menu options. These menus will be labeled “DP”. All other menus include napkins and necessary serving utensils. Paper products and disposable utensils are available at an additional cost.

  • How Do I Get Started?

    It’s simple, sign up using the form. After you sign up for an account, a Catering Perks Card will be mailed to you and will begin issuing qualifying rewards to you card at the end of the quarter.

  • How Does It Work?
    • Points are earned at a rate of 1 point for every dollar spent on food & beverages order from Russo’s Gourmet Express.
    • Russo’s will automatically credit points to your account quarterly.
    • Rewards are based on the cumulative total of your purchases & rewards will be issued every 3 months at the appropriate award levels indicated above.
  • Where Do I Redeem My Points?

    Use your earnings towards future orders and we can process the transaction over the phone. The Catering Perks program is managed electronically; Russo’s will take care of managing your points for you.

  • Terms & Conditions
    • Customer will be issued a unique perks number.
    • Individual accounts are eligible and each individual may only maintain one account. Customer is responsible for verifying that they have one account and all points are being delivered to that account.
    • Points earned by a Catering Perks member are for the member’s benefit and may not be transferred to anyone. Points are not transferable to another person for any reason, including marriage, divorce or inheritance.
    • Only the customer placing the order will be credited with points. Points are only awarded after the time the order is made and payment terms are met. Catering Perks will not be issued for previous or cancelled purchases.
    • Russo’s Gourmet Express has the individual discretion to interpret and apply the program rules, is solely in charge of your point total and reserves the right to amend or discontinue this program at any time.
    • Customer is responsible for advising Russo’s Gourmet Express of any change of address or contact information. Russo’s Gourmet Express has no responsibility for lost cards, lost mail, merchandise, returned e-mail or consequences thereof.
    • If points accumulated in your Catering Perks account are not used or if the account becomes inactive for 12 months, Russo’s Catering has the right to terminate the account and all reward points.
    • Russo’s employees are not eligible to be enrolled in the Rewards Program or redeem points for rewards.
    • Points are not awarded on redeemed awards, coupons or in combination with any other discounts.
