Perks – Terms & Conditions

  • Customer will be issued a unique perks number.
  • Individual accounts are eligible and each individual may only maintain one account. Customer is responsible for verifying that they have one account and all points are being delivered to that account.
  • Points earned by a Catering Perks member are for the member's benefit and may not be transferred to anyone. Points are not transferable to another person for any reason, including marriage, divorce or inheritance.
  • Only the customer placing the order will be credited with points. Points are only awarded after the time the order is made and payment terms are met. Catering Perks will not be issued for previous or cancelled purchases.
  • Russo's Gourmet Express has the individual discretion to interpret and apply the program rules, is solely in charge of your point total and reserves the right to amend or discontinue this program at any time.
  • Customer is responsible for advising Russo's Gourmet Express of any change of address or contact information. Russo's Gourmet Express has no responsibility for lost cards, lost mail, merchandise, returned e-mail or consequences thereof.
  • If points accumulated in your Catering Perks account are not used or if the account becomes inactive for 12 months, Russo's Catering has the right to terminate the account and all reward points.
  • Russo's employees are not eligible to be enrolled in the Rewards Program or redeem points for rewards.
  • Points are not awarded on redeemed awards, coupons or in combination with any other discounts.
